It identifies the principal features that the author relied upon in his approach to composition, and explores how he connected Qur’anic verses with the Islamic sciences, including theology, hadith, jurisprudence, and linguistics, as well as other rational and transmitted disciplines, in accordance with the established methods of classical exegetes.
