Main Article Content
Abstract
The study examines the educational issues related to male guardianship as presented in Al-Zuhayli's and Bilan's "Al-Tafsir Al-Munir" and its impact on organizing family life. Education is of paramount importance in shaping the nation, which is why the Holy Quran gives it such great attention. God Almighty has prescribed a comprehensive system encompassing creed, worship, legal punishments, and transactions. If a person were to follow this system, they would not go astray or suffer, and it would be a means of guidance and righteousness in this life and the hereafter. This study aims to highlight the concept of guardianship in light of the Holy Quran, as interpreted by Al-Zuhayli, who described it as a leadership responsibility based on justice, care, and concern, not on domination or control. It also clarifies the educational aspects that significantly contribute to building a balanced family characterized by love, respect, and affection, as God Almighty has commanded. Furthermore, the research presents guardianship within society and explains its importance as the fundamental building block of society. It also extends to encompass the general social structure, which is based on the distribution of roles and responsibilities according to Islamic values
