Abstract

This research deals with the interpretive and doctrinal guidance in the verse of seeing God Almighty in Surat Al-Baqarah, by a scholar of the Ottoman state, Sheikh Al-Islam Al-Allamah Radi Al-Din, Muhammad bin Yusuf Al-Maqdisi, taken from his most important works in interpretation, which is his commentary on the interpretations of Al-Kashshaf, Al-Baydawi and Abu Al-Saud Al-Mufti - may God Almighty have mercy on them - and he followed the scholars who preceded him, and he was keen in conveying the sayings of the scholars, and giving preference to one of them
