This academic research aims to examines, analyzes and compare the rhetorical miracle in the Quranic context of Surahs Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and An-Nas in the light of Traditional and Linguistic rhetorical Exegesis of the Holy Quran such as those of Al-Tabari, Al-Zamakhshari, and Ibn Kathir. This is achieved through a meticulous analysis of the structure of vocabulary, the cohesion and coherence of verses, and their phrasing in establishing the doctrine of monotheism and achieving psychological and spiritual protection. This research adopts a descriptive, analytical, and deductive methodology, combining rhetorical analysis with analytical interpretation. It focuses on suggestive meaning rather than traditional interpretation, and it integrates the foundations of traditional interpretation as presented by Imam Al-Tabari with the rhetorical interpretation of the linguistic and rhetorical structure as presented by Imams Al-Zamakhshari and Ibn Kathir. This research concluded that Imam Ibn Kathir's interpretive choices from the traditional interpretation of Al-Tabari and the Exegesis of Al-Zamakhshari, revealed a unique phonetic and semantic harmony linking the oneness of Allah the Creator in Surah al-Ikhlas, the supplication for refuge in Him from cosmic evils in Surah al-Falaq, and the psychological evils in Surah An-Nas. These short surahs represent the pinnacle of miraculous conciseness of linguistic formulation and functional expression that connects the word to its doctrinal meaning and Islamic legal intent of occurs within a context where vocabulary interacts phonetically and semantically to achieve profound pragmatic and doctrinal functions that humanity is incapable of imitating
