Abstract

This study explores the concept of worship as understood by Ahl al-Sunnah (Sunni Muslims) in contrast to other sects, focusing on the fundamental aspects of worship in Islam, including its types, conditions, pillars, and invalidators. The research highlights the importance of correctly understanding worship, offering critical insights into the origin of worship and common misconceptions, as well as defining core terms per renowned scholars like Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn al-Qayyim. The study seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of worship's concept, while enlightening readers on errors and correct interpretations surrounding the issue.
