Daily Backup Policy
The ESTIDAMAA Journal employs a daily backup system managed by Hostinger. All journal data—including articles, metadata, and user records—is automatically backed up every 24 hours and securely retained for 30 days. This process ensures uninterrupted access and immediate restoration capabilities in case of unforeseen technical incidents.
Offline Backup for Extra Security
To further enhance data protection, the ESTIDAMAA Journal editorial team periodically downloads complete system backups and stores them securely in encrypted Google Drive repositories. This dual online–offline preservation strategy guarantees maximum security, ensuring that all published materials remain safe, recoverable, and permanently accessible.
