Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Editorial Members,

To uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency in scholarly publishing, ESTIDAMAA requires full disclosure of any actual or potential conflicts of interest (COI). A COI may arise when professional judgment concerning an academic activity is influenced by a secondary interest (such as financial, personal, or institutional relationships).

For Authors

Authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to their submitted manuscript. This includes financial relationships, academic or personal affiliations, and any external funding that might influence the research.

For Reviewers and Editorial Members

Reviewers and members of the editorial board must also declare any potential conflicts that could bias their evaluation or editorial decisions. If such conflicts exist, they should be disclosed immediately and the manuscript reassigned to another reviewer or editor.

Completed COI disclosure forms should be submitted together with the manuscript or sent directly to the Editor-in-Chief via email at:
