Peer Review Process Peer Review Process

KHWARIZMIA follows a double-blind peer review process, ensuring complete anonymity between authors and reviewers throughout the evaluation. The journal uses ScholarOne, powered by Clarivate, to efficiently manage manuscript submissions and reviews. All submissions must present original, unpublished research that is not under consideration elsewhere.

Editorial Board Evaluation Editorial Board Evaluation

Each submitted manuscript is first evaluated by the Editorial Board to ensure alignment with the aims and scope of KHWARIZMIA and compliance with ethical and quality standards. Submissions passing this stage are then reviewed by at least two independent experts under the double-blind system.

Review Outcome Review Outcome

If a paper receives conflicting or negative evaluations, the Editorial Board may assign an additional referee for further assessment. Manuscripts not meeting the required standards after review will be declined. Authors receive detailed reviewer feedback and are expected to revise and resubmit their work within the specified timeframe before a final decision is made.

Withdrawal of Paper Withdrawal of Paper

Authors who wish to withdraw their submission must formally notify the Editorial Board by completing the withdrawal form. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts comply with KHWARIZMIA’s formatting and style guidelines. Please note that the journal does not provide copyright or publication fees to authors.
