Rights and Permissions

Authors keep the copyright in their articles. Peninsula does not ask authors to transfer copyright.

Licence to the publisher

On acceptance, authors grant Peninsula Publishing Press a non-exclusive licence to publish the article first and to distribute it under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). The same terms are stated on each journal’s Open Access page, linked from Open Access.

Reuse by others

Anyone may copy, share, adapt and redistribute the published article, including commercially, without asking the publisher for permission, provided they credit the authors, give the title, journal, year and DOI, link to the licence, and indicate changes. They may not suggest that the authors or the publisher endorse the reuse.

Third-party material

Third-party material is anything the authors did not create: text, figures, photographs, tables and other graphics taken from elsewhere. Unless that material is in the public domain or already under a licence compatible with CC BY 4.0, the authors obtain written permission from the copyright holder before submission and send the permission to the editorial office on acceptance. The source, and any different licence, is stated in the caption. Reuse of that item follows the permission or licence attached to it.
