Peer Review Process Peer Review Process

ESTIDAMAA Journal employs a double-blind peer review process, ensuring that both the authors’ and reviewers’ identities remain completely anonymous throughout the evaluation. The journal uses ScholarOne, provided by Clarivate, to efficiently manage manuscript submissions and peer review. To maintain the highest academic standards and ensure originality, all submissions must present novel research contributions that have not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.

Editorial Board Evaluation Editorial Board Evaluation

Before being sent for external review, all manuscripts are evaluated by the Editorial Board to ensure alignment with the ESTIDAMAA Journal’s aims, scope, and ethical standards. Submissions that meet these initial criteria are then reviewed by at least two independent experts under a double-blind review system, maintaining anonymity between authors and reviewers throughout the process.

Review Outcome Review Outcome

If a manuscript receives a negative evaluation from one referee, the Editorial Board may assign an additional reviewer to ensure fairness. Manuscripts that receive two or more negative reviews will not be accepted for publication in the ESTIDAMAA Journal. Authors will receive detailed feedback, including suggested revisions, and are expected to address these within the specified timeframe before a final decision is made.

Withdrawal of Paper Withdrawal of Paper

Authors wishing to withdraw their submission from consideration in the ESTIDAMAA Journal must formally submit a withdrawal form to the Editorial Board. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts comply with the journal’s formatting and ethical standards. Please note that ESTIDAMAA Journal does not charge any publication or copyright fees to authors.
